On a professional level, this means advocating for the advancement of the most qualified individuals, including women. Recognize and value their abilities without letting their roles as wives or mothers overshadow their professional qualifications. Every person matters in making the world a better place,” she explains. “While there is so much out of our control, as women, from a day-to-day experience, I urge all of us to focus on what is under our control,” she says. “How we show up, present ourselves, prepare, and judge ourselves is up to us.
