The 41-year-old actress had shared a carousel of pictures and videos on Instagram from her time in Milan. She kicked off the post with a picture of her standing beside Donatella in the fashion icon’s own creation. Next in the carousel was a candid moment of Anne, captured wriggling around in her dress as she hilariously tried to maneuver herself into a comfortable sitting position.
