Taking to her TikTok page followed by 165,000 people earlier this month, Catherine, who has worked at Deloitte and Salesforce, urged people to ask potential employers: “What does excellence look like in this role?” She explained: “It gives the interviewer an opportunity to explain a little bit more about the day-to-day functions of the role.

Glassdoor is a website that provides a platform for employees and former employees to anonymously review companies and their management. Catherine claimed that by using Glassdoor, as well as “stalking” a potential employer’s LinkedIn or other social media profiles, you should be well-prepared for your professional meeting.
